Ghana

In April 2009 Stewards School formed a link with the Kanda International School in Ghana, West Africa. We hope this link will last for many years and will provide our pupils with the chance to learn what life is like in Ghana and Africa.

Our link school is found in the capital city of Accra, a city of 2 million people. The school is located in an area of Accra called the Kanda Estates and the school teaches 300 pupils from 6 to 18 years of age. The Headteacher is Mr Anim and the school is very proud of the way it uses ICT to help pupils learn. Kanda International School is very eager that it's pupils develop a strong knowledge and understanding of life in the UK.
